The shakes are really all I need. So, the Shape kit has been perfect for me. Sometimes 2 bags of shake lasts me 5-6 weeks.

2 Shakes a day!

Well, I've been doing 2 shakes a day for about 3 weeks now and I've lost 7 lbs. not too bad even though I had higher expectations :) Shakes taste great especially with some added fresh fruit and ice, so can't complain! I'm consider adding the Vi-Slim to boost my weight loss.
