Q: Can I participate in the 3 for Free program and get my Body by Vi Challenge Kit for free?

A: No, you must order Body by Vi Direct on auto-ship to participate in the program.

Q: How long does it take for shipping?

A: 3-5 days for the USA. 5-10 days for Canada. Only business days count!

Q: Will I get my own Vi-Net account? (you need a Vi-Net account to enter the Challenge)

A: No, in order to get your own Vi-Net account you must order Body by Vi Direct

Q: Will I receive an order tracking #?

A: Yes, you may receive a tracking # for your shipment upon request, simply reply to the order confirmation email.

Q: What address will be used as my shipping address?

A: By default, we will use your Paypal shipping address unless there is a specified shipping address on your checkout form.

If the shipping address that you receive in your order confirmation is incorrect, please let us know ASAP!

Q: Is my Visalus Shakes PayPal order on auto-ship now? Will I be charged monthly?

A: No, your PayPal orders are one time orders. You may order at your leisure.

Q: Is there a return policy?

A: No, all sales are final- however, we do take exceptions and will work with customers on a case by case situation.

Q: Do you ship Visalus products APO, FPO?

A: Yes, we can ship APO, FPO.  Please make a notation by email or on PayPal notes.

Q: How long does it take for an e-Check to clear?

A: If you are using an e-Check, it takes 3-5 days and we process your order when we are notified by PayPal that you check has cleared.

Q: Can I assign credit for this purchase to a specific Visalus distributor?

A: No, although- this might be possible in the future.

Q: Why am I paying retail prices? How can I get discounted prices?

A: ViSalus requires that you order on auto-ship in order to receive discounted prices of up to 25%. You can order through this LINK!

Q: Why are my invoice totals different from my billing?

A: ViSalus distributors are required to charge retail prices to customers. Distributors order at distributor prices.

Q: Which countries do you ship to?

A: USA and Canada only. International Visalus expansion coming soon!

Q: How long do orders paid by PayPal e-Checks take to process?

A: e-Check orders take 3-8 days to be cleared by PayPal. Once they do, your order will be processed and shipped.

All orders to be processed within 24 hours of Body by Vi PayPal payment receipt.
